Cranberry Salsa

A mixture of Cranberries, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, Salt, Sugar and Vinegar.

This salsa is a hit during holidays. Our top seller the year around. Out standing to use on beef, pork, fish and to top hamburger. Take a 1/2 cup, add 2 oz. of red wine and reduce until the salsa almost becomes a syrup and pour over the edge of steak, pork chops or fish for a wonderful flavor.
